POOL TRAINING ITINERARY FOR SPORT DIVER QUALIFICATION.
WINTER 2009-2010.
04/11/2009. All Club Members to return all borrowed club equipment to Pool.
11/11/2009. FREE TRY A DIVE NIGHT. 8pm - 9pm (swimming costume and old T-shirt required)
18/11/2009. FREE TRY A DIVE NIGHT. 8pm - 9pm (swimming costume and old T-shirt required)
25/11/2009. FREE TRY A DIVE NIGHT. 8pm - 9pm (swimming costume and old T-shirt required)
02/12/2009. Introduction to the club/ filling in ScotSAC and Borders forms. Followed by 1 Hour pool session (swimming test).
LECTURES
All lectures will be conducted between 7-8pm in the lecture room followed by 1 Hour of Pool Training between 8-9pm.
